For the year 2012 German in Austria awards scholarships to pupils and students provided that certain conditions are fulfilled. The scholarships are offered for the following language courses:

The scholarship includes:
- 2 weeks German intensive course (48 lesson units)
- placement test (at the start of the course)
- course materials
- final certificate
Not included are :
Travel costs, accommodation, meals, additional costs linked to the leisure-time activities (bus tickets, entrance fees, etc.)
Requirements for the assignment of a scholarship are:
- min. age of 17
- reference of your school or university
- submission of a written application together with your curriculum vitae and the reason you apply for a scholarship (please issue application letters in either German or English language)
- information on the course(s) you would like to attend (course #)
- information on your present language level.
No recourse to legal action shall be permitted with regard to the granting of scholarships. German in Austria reserves the right to apply scholarships to either an earlier or later course date, e.g. in the case that there are too many or not enough enrolments for a specific course date.
Applications will be dealt with in the order of their arrival. Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration.
Applicants will be notified in writing in case their application was accepted.
