Course Registrations

Please enclose a proof of payment to the amount of EUR 150.00 (without incurring bank charges for "Deutsch in Österreich") along with the enrollment form. This amount must be deducted from the payment of the total invoice amount. Enrollments have to be sent to our office at the latest two weeks before the chosen course starts. Exceptions can only be made for last-minute-enrollments. Please contact us in any case before enrolling, in order to make sure that there are still course places available.
Immediately upon receipt of enrollment form and deposit payment we will send you (usually within two working days) a confirmation of your enrollment (giving you detailed information about your course and accommodation) as well as your invoice.
Course Fees
Our course fees include course material. For course books that have already been made available (i.e. previous courses) NO course price REDUCTIONS are provided.
Lower rates are only applicable for course bookings of a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks. They do NOT apply to course extensions.

Bank charges have to be paid for by the participant, therefore, please be so kind as to instruct your banker to write "without bank charges incurring for the beneficiary" on the transfer when lodging the payment.
Balance
The payment of the balance can be effected in one of the above mentioned methods and has to be effected within 14 days upon receipt of confirmation of enrollment and invoice. Exceptions can only be made in case of last-minute-enrollments. All payments have to be made in EUROS.
Cancellation Conditions
In case you wish to cancel your course, please let us know promptly in writing. The cancellation is only valid from the day we receive your written notification. The following cancellation fees are charged:
- Up to seven days before the course starts: EUR 150.00 (deposit will become a cancellation fee)
- Three days before beginning of course or if the participant does not arrive at all: No funds will be refunded.
We recommend that our course participants take out a cancellation insurance.
In case your visa application is rejected, please send us written proof thereof (issued by the Austrian Embassy or Consulate) before the start of the course. In which case, we will refund the total amount received minus EUR 150.00 which is withheld for administrative charges.
Insurance
No insurance is included in our course fees. Please contact your health insurance company to check if your insurance is valid abroad too. If not, please take out a reciprocal insurance.
Liability and Jurisdiction
"Deutsch in Österreich" does not accept any liability in the case of illness, accident, theft, etc. and does not undertake any responsibility, whatsoever, for under aged persons. "Deutsch in Österreich" reserves the right to make amendments to the program. For classes with low numbers of students we do reserve the right to either reduce the intensity of the course or to offer an alternate course date in consultation with the course participants involved.
The place of jurisdiction, in any case, is Klagenfurt.
Please register on time and contact us beforehand, in order to make sure, that there are course places available.
