We meet at the beginning of the course for a preliminary discussion in order to group the participants into the right course level.

General information:

Course intensity :	2 lessons (each 45 min.) per week = 24 lessons overall
Course length:	1 semester (four months)
Time-table:	2 lesson units a week
Class size:	min. 6 to max. 12 participants per group
Registration deadline:	1 week before the beginning of the course
Course contents: (according to the relevant course level)	Listening/speaking:	simple communications in everyday situations telephoning listening to/watching and understanding broadcasts listening to and understanding simple shortstories linguistic preparation for travels
	Writing/reading:	reading and understanding newspaper articles and magazines reading simple stories writing letters writing simple standard documents understanding and writing of simple texts concerning professional areas
	Cultural studies:	Information on the respective country: everyday life, art, culture, gastronomy, fashion etc.
	Grammar/phonetics:	Specific vocabulary-, grammar- and pronunciation training
Certificates:	Certificates at the level and according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Language Learning and Teaching
