The following exams can be taken in our examination center:

| KID 1 - Competence in German 1 | |
| The goal of the KID 1 exam is the testing of the language ability of children and teenagers in elementary everyday communication. KID 1 illustrates the evidence of the linguistic competence for the adequate linguitstic exposure in private areas, at school and in semi-public situations, which are relevant for children and teenagers. | A1 |
| KID 2 - Competence in German 2 | |
| The goal of the KID 2 exam is the testing of the language ability of children and teenagers everyday communication in everyday use, in private areas, at school and in semi-public situation. Thereby the main focus in the private areas is on the personal exchange in predictable situations, writing letters, reading short and simple accounts and narrations in newspapers and books and on the radio. In the semi-public area the exam KID 2 tests the use of the German language in the following situations: travelling, shopping, summercamp, schoolexchange, compilation of important forms, understanding of different texts of everyday life, texts in newspapers, radio, etc. |

| A1 Grundstufe Deutsch 1 | |
| The candidate is supposed to have the ability to communicate in everyday situations on a elementary level. The exam puts more stress on the understanding skills (reading and listening) than on the production skills (writing and speaking). The GD 1 of OSD follows the A1 / Breakthrough level of the Common European Framework as developed for the most common European languages. | A1 |
| A2 Grundstufe Deutsch 2 | |
| The candidate is supposed to have the ability to communicate in everyday situations on a elementary level. The exam puts more stress on the understanding skills (reading and listening) than on the production skills (writing and speaking). The GD 2 of OSD follows the A2 / Waystage level of the Common European Framework as developed for the most common European languages. | A2 |
| B1 Zertifikat Deutsch | |
| The candidate has to handle everyday situations in a receptive as well as productive way. This applies to the communication ability within the linguistic proficiency - the use of words and phrases in day to day life particularly in the private, semi public and to some extent in the professional area. At this level the exam puts as much emphasis on the understanding skills as on the production skills. | B1 |
| B2 Mittelstufe Deutsch | |
| For the Intermediate German Test participants should be able to express themselves clearly and detailed in a wide spectrum of topics and be able to spontaneously and fluently hold a normal conversation with native speakers. This exam for German learners starting at age 16 is confirmation of language competence in communication situations that go beyond the private sphere and into the (half) public, and as well partially into the professional sphere. In individual special fields specific topics are understood. In addition, the test is accepted for entrance in the Alpen-Adria University of Klagenfurt. | B2 |
| C1 Oberstufe Deutsch | |
| For the Advanced German Test participants should be able to communicate in different social and professional situations and also be able to communicate more complex correlations. This exam for German learners starting at age 16 is confirmation of language competence that distinguishes itself through a high level of correctness and appropriateness. | C1 |
| C2 Wirtschaftssprache Deutsch | |
| The candidate will show that he can express himself in written and spoken German to an advanced level in the areas of business and commerce. This means that the candidate will be able to understand more demanding written and oral information in German and also to express himself competently on topics relating to business and commerce. As a result of the close affiliation with Chambers of Commerce abroad this examination is recognized and respected by employers in many countries as a proof of qualifications in German. The WD follows C2 / mastery level of the Common European framework. The examination is a basic requirement for the entry to Austrian universities. |
